Group Fitness - Cardio, Dance, and Boot Camp Classes at Bellingham's City Gym

Enjoy the motivation offered by a group exercise class? City Gym has a wide range of class offerings for every fitness need. Choose from cardio, strength, dance, and mind-body options, as well as our boot camp fitness program. All of City Gym's group fitness classes are taught by nationally certified instructors, and regular classes are included in the price of membership. Drop in and try one out at any time.

City Gym's Fitness Boot Camp Program in Bellingham, WA

Available for an additional fee, Boot Camp at City Gym is a 12-week fitness program taught by our team of professional trainers. At less than $5 per boot camp class, this program is a great, economical alternative to individual personal training. Our small class sizes offer the motivation and fun of group fitness with the individual attention needed to help you meet your personal goals. Classes meet three times a week (MWF) and incorporate fun with:

  • Cardio drills
  • Strength work
  • Core training

Designed to help participants attain their goals, our Boot Camp program is great for all fitness levels. Cost is $169 for City Gym members, $269 for non-members. This fee includes pre- and post-session fitness testing, individual goal setting, and a City Gym Boot Camp fitness program T-shirt.

Fitness Boot Camp Class times: MWF 6am, 9:30am, Noon, 5:35pm.

Senior Fitness at City Gym

In addition to offering our senior members discounted rate plans, we also offer a variety of senior-specific fitness options. For new members, we provide a senior orientation with a Certified Personal Trainer experienced in helping seniors set and achieve their fitness goals. In addition, members may purchase a Senior Fitness Assessment for $10. This test measures functional living skills, and is administered by a certified fitness professional.

We also offer several group fitness options for our senior members, including balance classes and Tai Chi, a martial art that has been proven to improve balance and coordination. For more information, please read over our Class Descriptions.
